Subleasing or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited

5. Insurance & Liability

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided
Fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel

7. Cancellation & Refunds

8. Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional charges
Continued use without approval may be charged as an extra rental day

9. Long-Term Rentals

Issam Rent Car is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles or indirect losses arising from vehicle use.
